EXTPOSEブログなどでよく紹介されている、Context Menu Searchと同じ名前で違う拡張です。
両方とも使い勝手は変わりません。2つ目のContext Menu Searchは、右クリックメニューにアイコンが表示されません（拡張のアイコンも表示されない）。
