Chromeのスクロールは、わりとスムーズだとは思いますが、設定しだいでさらになめらかにできるChromeの拡張機能をメモしておきます。

Chrome ウェブストア以前にFirefoxで「Yet Another Smooth Scrolling」という拡張機能を使っていたのですが（たぶん同じ作者さん？）、 そのときの設定をそのまま使っています。こんな感じです。
